Cancellation Policy

I have a 48 hour cancelation policy from your appointment time.  This will allow me to have enough time to be able to offer the massage to another client.  Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within the 48 hour period or same day will result in a 50% fee.  A no call no show you will result in a 100% fee and will not be able to schedule future appointments.  

If you cancel or reschedule twice in a 6 month period, you will no longer be able to schedule with me.  Please respect the appointment time you scheduled and other clients as it takes away that time slot.

Arrival 

I ask everyone to fill out their forms online prior to their appointment.  Not doing so will take away from your hands on time.  Being late to your appointment will also take away time from your hands on time.  You will be charged for the full amount.  Arriving late will not result in a discount.  

I schedule my appointments accordingly.  If you arrive early, please have a seat in the waiting area.  I will meet you at your appointment time.  I have to sanitize between each client, clean my stones or cupping, and remake the table.  
 

Session

A session consists of 10 min for a consultation to communicate with the therapist to customize your massage, time to undress and dress, and a total of 50 or 80 minutes hands on time.

Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express is accepted

Gratuity is always appreciated

All massages are subject to taxes and fees

A credit card is required to be on file to schedule a appointment.  YOU MUST have the card present to pay for the service.  If not, a 20% fee will be added for taxes and fees.

If you have a gift certificate, YOU MUST present it at the time of your appointment.  If you do not have it, you will need to pay with another form of payment.  Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be able to be redeemed or replaced.  
 

Weather

If Pickaway County is under a Level 2 I will be closed until it is reduced to a Level 1.
